The Mediterranean

Sailing Through the Mediterranean: My Royal Caribbean Adventure

Hey everyone! I'm so excited to share my amazing adventure on a Royal Caribbean cruise. It was truly an amazing, jam packed trip.

**Day 1 - Venice, Italy** ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น

We flew from Dublin to Venice. The moment I stepped off the plane and felt the Italian sunshine on my face, I knew this was going to be an unforgettable trip. Exploring the narrow canals and getting lost in the winding streets was like something out of a fairytale.

**Day 2 - Dubrovnik, Croatia** ๐Ÿ‡ญ๐Ÿ‡ท

Dubrovnik, with its ancient city walls and stunning views of the Adriatic Sea, left me in awe. We walked the famous city walls, it was a day filled with history, culture, and breathtaking scenery.

**Day 3 - Kotor, Montenegro** ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ช

Kotor was a hidden gem, it is definitely somewhere i would like to visit again for a longer time. The bay surrounded by majestic mountains was simply breathtaking. We hiked up to the fortress for panoramic views that took my breath away. I also indulged in some local seafood, and the taste was out of this world.

**Day 4 - At Sea** ๐ŸŒŠ

A day at sea was the perfect opportunity to soak up the sun, enjoy the ship's amenities, we had paid for a drinks package so i had cherry fanta, my FAVOURITE drink all day everyday on tap. I spent my time topping up my tan, eating unlimited ice cream on the deck and exploring the shopping deck.

**Day 5 - Santorini, Greece** ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ท

Santorini was like stepping into a postcard. The iconic blue-domed churches, stunning sunsets, and those incredible cliffside views made it a day to remember. I even tried some delicious Greek cuisine – Gyros. Santorini's cable cars are a must-try experience. These iconic cable cars transport visitors from the harbour up to the picturesque town of Fira, perched high on the cliffs. The short but thrilling ride offers panoramic views of the deep blue Aegean Sea and the island's stunning caldera. It's a convenient way to avoid the steep climb up the hundreds of steps, especially during the scorching summer months. The cable cars are not only a practical means of transportation but also an opportunity to capture postcard-worthy views of this magical Greek island. Don't miss this unique Santorini adventure!

**Day 6 - Katakolon, Greece** ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ท

Our last port of call was Katakolon, a charming little Greek town. We visited the birthplace of the Olympic Games and explored the local shops. The crystal-clear waters were perfect for a swim to cool off. I Visited another greek island kos this year for a full week and loved it.

This Royal Caribbean cruise has been an absolute dream come true. From the historic cities to the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean, every day felt like a new adventure. I'll cherish these memories forever, and I can't wait to explore more of the world on future cruises. Thanks for joining me on this incredible journey! ๐ŸŒ
